Andrew Whittemore joined the City of Mississauga in January, 2012 as the Manager, Cultural Operations and was promoted to Commissioner, Planning & Building in 2018.
Andrew has an in-depth knowledge of the Ontario Planning Act, Ontario Heritage Act, Municipal Act and the Growth Plan which has positioned him as a member of the ULI Advisory Committee and an Alumnus of the Governor General of Leadership Conference.
