Last Thursday, SIOR Canada Central Chapter had our second in-person event of the year: SIOR Spring Social…back to the core. In partnership with KingSett and Colliers, the event welcomed some of the brightest minds in Commercial Real Estate. Guests rang in the re-opening of the city in Canada’s largest net-zero carbon certified building, the magnificent Scotia Plaza Tower. After food and drinks, guests enjoyed wondrous views of the city from the rooftop of the building.
We thank our event sponsors Kingsett Capital and Colliers for spearheading the event.
We thank our spring social committee: Pete Garrigan, SIOR, Senior Managing Director, Industrial at Colliers, and Matthew Johnson Managing Director, Industrial Investments at KingSett Capital. We thank the Bentallgreenoak team for providing us with a magnificent ESG-friendly venue.
We thank Vert Casse-Croûte for providing plant-based hors d'oeuvres to our guests and Wandering Deli for providing charcuterie.
